I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance - Smangele and Tamsanqa wow they really have me what we call a premium service. Smangele speaks so well with a smile and you can tell that she is willing to help, she just turned my not so well day to a great day with a service she gave me. What can I say about Tamsanqa, what a gentleman, I spoke with him yesterday explaining my complaint and quickly escalated my problem to management and luckily got hold of him again today and promised me that he will connect me with management as he still recall me and that is when I spoke with Smangele. What a great Team work. Thank you so much Miway for having such valuable employees.
