I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance service received through Lindelwa Madikizela for road side assistance received on 11/06/2023. I was quite impressed with Lindelwa's professionalism, care and concern in my short engagements with her. Her demeanor greatly calmed by anxiety. I'm glad she took my call. Also commendable is the rate at which the tow-truck driver came to my assistance. He arrived within 20 minutes of my calling MiWay's help desk.
