I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance Rethabile Masitsa thank you for being the only miway individual for picking up the hint that I might leave my insurance company that I have been for over the past 8 years and thank you for taking Initiative to want to review my policy and give me a better rate which I might need in the future and not at now currently. Thank you for being invested in me and making me feel comfortable. Atleast you show that you care by looking after customers. Not just want sell sell sell but also being kind and listen to understand others I am thank full I was assisted by you all the best with your journey. Regards Keagan

22 Dec 2023, 10:20I received a call from Smangele this morning to my surprise. Very professional polite and respected my time by asking if it’s a good time to speak. She did call me back regarding my premium adjustment which I am grateful for and she also told me of the various other content I can cover under MiWay. Soon I might even get insurance for my property content and also refer friends and family to MiWay. I really appreciate the guys on the other end of the phone but this far the team that helped me is very alive and full of energy and that keeps the momentum going. Some of the other guys don’t do it they should learn from Smangele & Rethabile and am not saying it cause am trying this review but the way I feel valued being assisted by these ladies. “BRILLIANT” you guys rock and that’s why am still with MiWay.
