I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance regarding my interaction with Kgothatso Tlhapi. After trying to resolve an issue for a whole week, I finally called in on a Friday and was assisted by Kgothatso, and he did exactly what I was requesting to ensure that I don’t lose another day for my business. He ensured that the changes I requested were effected on the spot while we were on the call together. He even went the extra mile to go through the documents together with me when he received them. I would like to thank him for all his efforts in getting my matter resolved, I was even at a point where I really wanted to escalate the matter as it was going to hinder my livelihood. I received great service from Kgothatso that went beyond my expectations.
