I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance, my car broke down this evening and I phoned roadside assistance. I spoke to Ridaa and Delron. They were very attentive and patient as I was not sure about the location but they somehow managed to calm me down and focus. They allocated help within a second and sent the tow truck immediately without missing any detail. I’m thankful to them and Miway, they are really professionals and know their job very well and an asset to the company. Keep up the good work 🙌🏽. Delron also gave me a courtesy call to ensure everything went well.. thank you guys, we need people like you in this kind of industry to keep us safe with your speedy service.
