I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance Jade Onthatile did a splendid job dealing with my enquiry. She even managed to pull me out of the foul mood that I was in. I am not completely happy with the settlement, but I am beyond happy with her conduct, empathy and professionalism. We did reach an amicable solution which we both can live with. Seeing as this was my first claim EVER, since taking up insurance in 2015, I will be staying with Miway based solely on her conduct. TIP TOP MARKS!
