I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance I'm disgusted at the poor service received from Rowan Rose, an assessor assigned to my claim. He's been delaying with the authorization of additionals and the service provider has been waiting for him too! I called MiWay today for a follow up and Rowan Rose's colleague called him and he promised to send the authorization before the close of business day today which is 16h00 for Rowan Rose! This was an empty promise. My vehicle has been at the service provider for 2 weeks now with very little, if any repairs done! And it's not like the vehicle is that bad! It's just fixing/fitting new rims and tyres! This is really disgusting to me! 🤮
