I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance: I called their Vehicle Assist service at 11 pm Saturday night - was stranded outside Linksfield Netcare Hospital in search of emergency medicine. Was on the phone so long I ran down the battery of my automatic vehicle and therefore can’t be kick started. The call centre agent, Michelle Esther Coetzee was courteous, polite and concerned to ensure the my car was restarted quickly and efficiently. Even though it was so late on a Saturday night. In addition, her colleague Conad, the technician who assisted me in jump starting my battery, was just as attentive and quick to ensure I could get my car started again. Was really a service with enthusiasm and a smile 😃 Really fantastic service MiWay team! Thank you so much!
