I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance - Dealing Tumelo Kolisang was an absolute pleasure. He managed to calm down a very irate customer and he was extremely professional. Pls extend my gratitude to him Regarding Miway as a business however, your method of reviewing and notifying a client of his new premiums is absolutely irritating and you were very close too loosing a client. This initial premium adjustment was 43percent above my current premium. I do not know what Miway is thinking. This really ****ed me off and I was then required to be an angry customer with your agents. I was also required to spend 30 minutes on the phone fighting as I was not going to accept a 43percent premium increase. Never ever. Be realistic and know that people will be lucky to get a 5percent increase from their employers. No client in their right mind will accept increases over the inflation number. And all your actions simply irritated me as a client
