I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance and their outstanding help for what should have been a simple issue but was turned sour by the towing company a few days ago. I was frustrated and disappointed with the towing company but Miway was there every step of the way to help sort out the issues. I am grateful that the issues are all sorted. All the telephone operators and the duty manager I spoke to thrice, Michael Yeni, were very calm, attentive and helpful. I am appreciative and thankful for this high level of service!
