I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I called in to log a request as I was struggling with the app to capture the car inspection. I got assisted by Tumelo Ramashala who dealt with my issue with so much care for the client. Tumelo assisted me to log a call to get my app issue resolved. Though this issue is still under investigation. He further assisted guided me to take pics of my vehicle and email it to him so he can load them on my behalf. This is what we call true client service. I've only been with MiWay for 3 days and I must commend you on your quality of customer care. My experience has been nothing but complete professionalism, care for the client and a sense of comfort. Thank you 🙏🏾
