I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I had an emergency breakdown last night when my vehicle just switched off during the drive. I luckily pulled off at the closest garage and contacted my dad. In the same time I also informed my cousin of the breakdown. He then reminded me of the service with Miway. I then immediately contacted Miway and Vukos answered. A very welcoming intro to Miway for the first time as I never use it. He then assured me that he will request assistance and someone will be out in 45minutes. At this point, I just felt that this is better than getting no help. To my surprise, I receive an sms within a few minutes! Shortly thereafter the flatbed arrives! Wow. I was so impressed as I was expecting a long wait. We left the garage before their loadshedding hit. When we arrived at home, we were already in the 3rd hour of our 4 hour loadshedding schedule. They kindly and professionally assist us to push my vehicle into our garage. Thank you Vukos for your amazing service. In those times, the most important thing is for the customer to swiftly get assisted and gets home safely. You have outdone yourself. Well done.
