I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. This insurance company is inaccessible to its clients, be it via their call centre number or email. The service is so pathetic! All I wanted to do was to review my policy and consider updating insured items, that appears to be too much to ask. I didn’t get any response to my email and I tried unsuccessfully to get through their call centre number but without success, no one picks up the phone
