I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. MiWay has been a good insurance for me for the past 5 years, I only had 2 claims in that 5 years, last claim was really a nightmare dealing with Vhongani Mashimbye, he did not communicate with me at all until I contact him myself and I had to search several times before I can locate him, at some point I felt like someone ****** me my car because I didn’t know where it was and what was happening with it until his colleague TsholofeloR came to my rescue, thanks a lot TsholoR.The last strain for me to terminate my cover with them, out of the blue they want to increase my cover by R300 so I cannot cope with that that’s why I am jumping ship.
