I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I had a vehicle breakdown on the highway. It was at night and raining. I barely had to hold on the phone when I called MiWay for roadside assistance. Kwandile Khanyile assisted me to get my location and send me a tow truck. She went above her call of duty and kept checking how the progress of my assistance was going. I felt like I wasn't in the ordeal all by myself. In less than an hour the tow truck arrived and assisted me. The vehicle and I made it home safely. Kwandile was warm and very helpful and because of that, I recommend MiWay Insurance.
