I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. Nkele Molele assisted me with the chat assist option. Accross banks and other insurers offering this service, it is seldom of any use because the operator has limited access or ability to answer questions. It took me all of 5 messages to get everything I needed. No listening to music or someone telling me the next operator will be with me on how many minutes.
