I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. To take a moment to compliment one of your consultants, Smangele Dhladhla for the outstanding service I received during mt recent call. I contacted Miway to query the high premium on my policy and to request a review of the amount as well as à change to my debit order date. Smangele handled my concern with professionalism, patience and friendliness. She took time to explain the pro rata amount clearly and made the entire process easy to understand. It is rare to come across such courteous and knowledgeable customer service, and I truly appreciated her assistance. Please pass on my thanks and recognition to her and her supervisor.
