I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance, Zodwa Mazibuko was very helpful, kind and patient, although I was a bit annoyed, she managed to remain calm, and was very helpful, resolving my issue within a minute of verifying me, although I was transferred by other divisions within the company the total time on the call was about 4 minutes, I am very impressed with MiWay, their efficiency and professionalism, but the way Zodwa just listened and understood then acted, was the type of service that is lacking in today’s society and I just wanted to thank her and give her a shout out, kind regard Kyle
