I would like to take this moment to show gratitude to Bongiwe Sikhakhane who saved Miway a client because I have to say I was not a happy customers when I called in but her skills of handling an irate client are so remarkable. My policy was renewed with errors which increased my premium drastically. I kept calling and seems like no one understood what happened, until I spoke to Bongiwe who took her time to investigate and reassured me she will correct the error.
