I would like to take a moment to commend Nompumelelo Mntambo from MiWay Insurance for her exceptional service. She assisted me via WhatsApp chat and made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. Nompumelelo was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout our interaction. She went above and beyond to assist me with something MiWay doesn’t usually accommodate. Despite MiWay typically only dealing with South African numbers, she made it possible for me to do a referral for my South African partner, who is currently in another continent and using an international number. Her willingness to find a solution and make a plan, even outside of the standard process, really impressed me.
