I would like to say Pretty Maqhubel’s was just amazing and provided with top class customer service
I would like to say Pretty Maqhubel’s was just amazing and provided with top class customer service. I was transferred to her when I have requested for my Policy review as I was not happy with increase of premium and excess. She showed empathy and she was very patient to hear my concerns and assisted me with discount on my premium. I sincerely thank her for her time and assistance. Kudos to Pretty Maqhubel’s! Great job and amazing customer service agent.
