I would like to rate Atlarelang Joseph Nhlapo who has been assisting me with my vehicle claim. I had an accident on 28.02.2025, when I reported the incident on 01.03.2025 - Atlarelang was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Again today. 05.03.2025, upon following up I was fortunate to talk to him and honestly I was amazed by the consistency in the quality of service. The level of efficiency is impressive. Whatever attitude and training that was offered to Atlarelang would really benefit the whole team. I appreciate the care and service.
