I would like to extend my appreciation to Danieel ****son and Atlarelang Nhlapo of MiWay Insurance, for the manner in which they came to my assistance, regarding my car that was towed at the scene of the accident by First Help on 22 August 2025. First Help towed the car under the pretence that it would be towed to a location that we had agreed upon, only to find out later that First Help towed the car to their storage facility in West Storage Yard, 91 Banfield Road, Industria North. I came to MiWay for assistance to retrieve my car from First Help. MiWay Management listened to my plea and responded positively to assist to retrieve my car from First Help storage facility. Although my car has not yet been removed from First Help storage facility, MiWay is in the process to have it removed and towed to me, and the engagement between First Help and MiWay on this matter are in progress. *Thank you MiWay, especially to Danieel ****son and Atlarelang Nhlapo*.
