I would like to commend MiWay Insurance for the excellent service I received from Michelle Esther Coetzee. I contacted roadside assistance after getting a flat tyre caused by a pothole, and Michelle was incredibly supportive throughout the experience. She continuously checked in to make sure I was safe and kept following up to see whether the roadside assistance team had arrived. Her kindness, professionalism, and care truly made a stressful situation much easier. I had a fantastic experience with both Michelle and MiWay Insurance. My only panic was that my daughter was running late for school. Thank you, Michelle, for your outstanding service and compassion.
