I would like to appreciate Thembile Shude for the excellent service. He really demonstrated the high level of understanding for his role. He showed remorse and was very understanding to my frustration. He was really doing his best to show that he is trying to assist me to get me claim resolved. I would really appreciate if my claim was to be moved from the current agent to him. Great service!
