I won't be joining miway

I've had the worst experience with Miway. On the 28th of December one of their clients bumped into me and I was told to submit a long list of documents for a 3rd party claim which I did. I was then told to send pictures of the damage to my car of which I did, from then i never heard anything back. A lady called Julia Ntike is handling my case. I always have to make contact with her and beg her for any kind of feedback. When I call I'm told she is in a meeting and she never gets back to me. I was looking for car insurance for my car and I was looking forward to joining miway if their service met their standard but I couldn't be more disappointed
