I wonder what happened...???!!!

<p>Earlier this week I called Miway to inform them that I couldnt make my payment due to certain reasons. I then asked to be cover for the remaining days till the 25th for only Theft , Loss and Hijacking. The consultant who assisted me assured me that they will be able to do so and would only debit my account for R150 and some odd rands.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my suprise, I was debited the full premium of +- R650 which did not go through due to insufficient funds. </p> <p> </p> <p>The agreement was that I would be debited +- R150, now I am sitting with a negative bank balance. Miway should be responsible for the bank charges since they did not stick to their part of the agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>And this is happening for the 2nd time...! Im now really considering moving</p> <p> </p>
