I woke up to a flat tyre at 6:30am while getting ready for work. I used my App to request roadside assistance. I was called by Joshua Motsepe. A very helpful; thoughtful and wise man. We live in the outskirts of Pretoria and the GPS is unkind. I was so happy that he allowed me to explain my location and he understood. He gave me an ETA of 45-60min and explained the next steps. At 6:56 the service provider around my area, Jan Alwyn called me and arrived in just 7 minutes. He changed the tyre in 10-15 minutes and I was good to go, a true Hero. At 6:45 MiHelp had sent a case confirmation WhatsApp. Later I got another call from Hali to check up on me. I told him I'm truly happy. I made it to work at 8:30. Everything worked out extremely to my satisfaction. Thank you MiWay. Keep up the the great service.
