I wish I had listen to the people that told me not to join Miway

<p>I had a small accident 2weeks and submitted a claim to miway.They sent my car to the most sneakiest panelbeater (freeway motors)that im not even sure if its accredited to fix my car (Audi) and was clainming to have fixed things they didnt even fix.My dad went to collect my car ,I had to skip work so I can have a look at it myself,the paint job was a mess,the car came back with dashboard warning signs and my memory card was ****** from the SD card port.I took the car back to the panel beaters and contacted miway to ensure that my car was returned to me in a good condition ,so they called the panelbeater and they promised to return the car with a report from audi that they have assessed the car(in a conference call between the miway,myself and the dealers) ,on friday I called again they guy that was assisting me(from the panel beaters) was "apparently"absent from work and the panelbeater manager said he had no idea what was going on or what I was talking about.and I called myway again to report the matter and asked them to assist me but they were just as useless as the first time.The manager said he will bring the car to me personally on monday with the report from audi,I still havnt received my car(its monday 14h00) and earlier today the guy (Denzel)called my Dad and told him Audi doesnt print out reports for vihicle inspections or assesment but they will bring the car.On top of that lie Miway sent an email saying that they have confirmed that my car is delivered to me and if I have any inquiries I should call the panelbeater.wereas im paying them ,I shouldnt even have to deal with those people.I called in again the miway way consultant was clueless and wanted to explain everything from the beginning wereas I was told everything was taken down under my claims folder just incase I deal with some else.I have called miway so many time and I have actually spent more than R500 on the calls excluding the calls I made with the panel beaters.on other days miway promised to call me back but never did.I cant wait to get my car back so I can just get rid of Miway.Their service is really Trash</p>
