I wish all call centre agents were this good...
I like the service received from Busi Gumede @MiWay call centre. I called in to make a small change on my policy and her service was stellar, to say the least.<br> <br> I wish all call centre agents were this good and efficient. Having been a client of MiWay for the past 2yrs, I appreciate the quality of service from their call centre agents.
