I wasn't able to complete my initial call with Miway and Busisiwe Mabizela scheduled a call back later in the afternoon. Busisiwe called back as arranged and it was one of the most pleasant customer care calls I've had in a while. My insurance policy was explained and amended according to my needs and after a short while Busisiwe was able to bring my insurance premium down considerably, without changing my cover.
