I was very disappointed with the call back i received

I was very disappointed with the call back i received. My phone were ringing a few seconds and putt down just to receive a sms that i couldn't be reached while a was waiting on the call. I had to call back once again. Monday, 10.10.2022 I could not get hold of anyone who could assist with the cancellation of my policy and the amount of airtime wasted while hanging on.
