I was unsure if my insurance would assist me with my problem

I was unsure if my insurance would assist me with my problem. Michelle very kindly put my mind at ease and explained that she could help and will be able to send a plumber to assist. I must admit I was very scared to phone. Michelle was kind and helpful. She also did a follow up call to find out if I was okay and if my problem was solved. I appreciate her sending the correct person to help me. He was also kind and helpful.
