I was unhappy with the steep premium increase and wanted to cancel the policy due to inaffordibility
I was unhappy with the steep premium increase and wanted to cancel the policy due to inaffordibility. Maduvha was able to create a happy compromise for us calmly and even patiently waited while I was having a little issue with my newborn during our call.
