I was unfortunately rear-ended by a taxi in town. I gave MiWay a call soonest and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Atlarelang Nhlapho. He took me through the process calmly and assisted me swiftly. I am very grateful for his calmness and assistance as this was the first claim since buying my car.
