I was truly awestruck by the excellent service Ms Yolandi Prinsloo gave me this week. Firstly, when I was updating my insurance facility on Tuesday the 27th of August 2024 and, secondly, when she followed through on the matter with a telephone call two days later, on Thursday the 29th of August 2024. Her service and paying attention to detail was truly out of this world on both days. She was truly awesome. Many thanks for her great service. Best regards
