I was treated unfairly by Miway Insurance.

My car was recently damaged by storm, and Miway had to write it off. I had to discover now that all along i was covered on trade value instead of retail value since the vehicle is being financed.Now they told me that they are going to settle the bank on trade value which leaves me with a huge shortfall. The agent whom assisted me with joining Miway never told me of differenet options i could choose from, like trade value or retail value. They never gave me the right advice since my car was financed. Now i dont have a car and im left with a huge Debt. Im so dissapointed with Miway. They never disclose everything when signing up with them.
