I was stuck on my way to Soweto in the blistering cold for about 2 and a half to 3 hours. It was dark it was late and I had a terrible experience so unfortunately the expected 45 minutes turned out to be something else but Khensani kept checking up on us to see if we were okay. She handled it really well considering my battery died, used my alternative number, she stayed a bit late after her shift to hand over to Kwandile and I appreciate her going the extra mile. Although it was a very unpleasant and difficult chatting to Siya especially Sibonelo on WhatsApp who had no sense of urgency or care in the world it seemed. Possibly not understanding the dynamics of my situation. I appreciate Khensani and I hope MiWay reward her because she is truly an asset to the company.
