I was stranded with a broken down car and twice needed urgent roadside assistance. Amohelang and Tumi from MiWay Insuance assisted me. I thought that I would be put on hold at the call centre, but my calls were answered immediately. I was taken aback by their sympathic and efficient assistance. Within minutes a tow truck company was assigned and contacted me and was at the destination within 10 to 15 minutes to assist. During this period I had constant updates of the progress.
