I was promised a voucher from Miway if I make a successful referral

I am very disappointed to say the least in the service I received from Miway after I referred my fiancé to buy a policy with you in July. I was promised that I’d receive a voucher after she pay her first premium and it was received however, now I’m being sent from pillar to post now. If Miway is struggling to deliver something as simple as a voucher, how am I supposed to trust you as an insurer to assist me and my fiancé with our claims should I require to claim at a later stage in life. Initially,They said they'll send me a voucher through my email on the 27th August , I kept on calling Miway and I didn't get any help till this day
