I was prejudiced in a claim

I was prejudiced in a claim. My claim was rejected citing non compliance whereas I have been compliant with all that I was requested to provide. I have signed consent forms and requests for information and provided documents, as well as trip sheets from my tracker, to the insurance agent. I was unfairly treated in the case.
