I was on the edge of switching my car insurance to another competitor, however after such great service received from Sicelo Vuyo Ngwenyas I have decided to keep my insurance active with Miway. This guy was beyond amazing, excellent customer service and certainly deserves recognition by his management department. Although the competitor provided more attractive benefits, he certainly used his communication skills to convince me to stick with Miway. brilliant!! He also provided some useful tips and benefits which I was not aware of.
