I was on a chat with Nokwazi Mkhwa****, I was reviewing my unnual premium increase, Nokwazi managed to keep it as was 2021,with a sfimply chat, no need for a phone call, Nokwazi promptly assisted me while m doing duties at work, I didn't have to stop what I was doing
