I was not happy with the rental vehicle I received from Avis and when I enquired I was told that it was a class A that I was booked for by Miway insurance. I called Miway insurance to enquire about the group class and Katlego assisted me to confirm that I should have a Group B. She went over and above to inquire from the rental department and company to ensure I was issued the correct class vehicle. I am really pleased with her efforts to assist me and keep me satisfied as a Miway client. Thank you Katlego
