I was not happy with how my claim was handled it took too long to be finalized and I got no feedback, I had to be the one calling for follow-up going through long holds. I then requested a complaint to be logged thats when I got assistance from Onalenna who gave excellent service she went above and beyond making sure I receive assistance because of her I will not be canceling my policy 😊.
