I was not happy with...
I was not happy with the service received as Nkosazane Mbokazi took very long to process and pay my claim however not all agents are the same and I’m thankful to Desmond Kwena Papole for assisting me today and giving me awesome service to solve my query If only we had more agents like this , less clients would cancel their policy’s Thank you Kwena!
