I was never a fan of MiWay insurance after something that happened with you guys a whole ago but I had a lovely interaction with a consultant in your retentions department called Maduvha Thathaisa who really is a phenomenal sales person. He was so helpful, talked me through the process and also tried to get me a better deal which he couldn't unfortunately. Had he been able to match the price of my insurance I definitely would have stayed just because of his service. He treated me like a human and understood my needs while also being professional about the cancellation of my policy. Give that man a Bells, or a day off at least 😉
