I was ****** on the 14th and they took my phone, I immediately went to the police to open the case, followed the process till I had to make a claim to MiWay, I was helped by Nivar, he was so patient and very helpful, he was also concerned about me as their client. He kept calling to inform me of the progress of my claim, it took only 3 days for them to finalise my claim and I was given a voucher to get a new phone.
