I was mostly happy with the professionalism of staff, quick response when there’s an emergency and how consultants made me feel at ease when I experienced a stressful situation. On my last interaction with Busisiwe Mabizela, I felt so emotional that I was saying goodbye because MiWay has always been there for me during difficult times. The day I had an incident, the day before my dad’s funeral when I locked my keys in the car and when car couldn’t start. They were always there. I just wish I my quote would be matched at least with the other insurance, I wouldn’t think twice about staying with MiWay.
