i was misled on conditions of vehicle cover

<p>i am dissgusted of the service i ahve received from miway, i was involved in an accident this sundy and my car is left with damages, i was asked by a miway consulat to go to bmw for a quote and thereafter all documents being handed in this will be processed accordingly, today i was told that since my car is not on warrently they will only cover my vehicle with second hand parts. my car is indeed on warrenty it seems that the consultant doesnt know the differance between warrently and maintenance plans, i have also requested to be contacted by a supervisor and no one has called me, i have asked my legal department to handel this going forward.</p>
